Following up your concern

Your coordinator can discuss the concern, gather relevant information and explain the next steps. Ask for the agreed actions and expected response date in writing. If you remain unhappy, request a further review by the person responsible for Istanera's service.

Clinical concerns

For concerns about treatment, contact your treating clinician using the clinical contact details in your treatment documents. Istanera can help coordinate communication, but clinical decisions and treatment complaints are the provider's responsibility.
