Hotel accommodation
Your package includes hotel accommodation for the treatment stay stated in your written quote. Confirm the hotel, room basis and number of nights before booking. Extra nights or companion accommodation need a separate agreement.
Airport and clinic transfers
Scheduled airport and clinic transfers are included as set out in your itinerary. Your coordinator will explain meeting points and timings once your arrangements are confirmed.
Your time in Istanbul
Allow time for clinical appointments, treatment and the recovery advised by your clinician. Your fitness to travel and return date should follow clinical guidance.
Dental treatments with more than one visit
Some dental plans involve more than one trip. Your quote must state the arrangements and price for each visit, including accommodation and transfers.
Travel documents and insurance
Check your passport and entry requirements for Turkey before travel. Check whether any insurance you arrange covers planned treatment, complications or changes to your itinerary.
