Your website enquiry

The enquiry form prepares a WhatsApp message with the details you choose to provide. Review the message and tap Send in WhatsApp to contact Istanera.

Please do not include medical history or photos in your initial enquiry. Your coordinator will explain the clinical review process and the relevant privacy information before asking for health information.

WhatsApp and phone conversations

We use the information you send to answer your questions, discuss a quote and coordinate arrangements you request. WhatsApp processes messages and account information under its own privacy policy. Its service is separate from this website.

The website form does not sign you up for marketing. An enquiry is not consent to receive promotional messages.

Clinical information and sharing

A clinical review may require information to be shared with the treating provider in Turkey. Before providing health information, ask who will receive it, why it is needed and what arrangements apply to its use and transfer. Istanera's initial website enquiry does not automatically send data to a clinic.

Existing enquiries and records

Contact Istanera to ask about information you have shared, how long it is needed, or to request access, correction or deletion. Some records may need to be retained for applicable obligations.

We use website hosting and communication services to operate the site and respond to enquiries. These services may process technical information needed to deliver their features.

Optional advertising measurement

If you accept marketing cookies, Meta Pixel measures visits across all website pages and WhatsApp button clicks to help us understand Facebook and Instagram advertising performance. Meta may receive page addresses, cookie identifiers, IP addresses and browser or device information and may link activity to your Meta account. We do not send form inputs, photos or submissions as events to Meta, and do not enable automatic event detection or advanced matching.
