What does Istanera do?
Istanera coordinates enquiries and treatment journeys in Istanbul. We help organise communication, the agreed package and travel arrangements. Clinical assessments, diagnoses and treatment are the responsibility of the treating provider.
How many packages are there?
One: the Istanera Complete Package, tailored to your treatment. The complete hair transplant package starts from £1,900. Dental treatment is quoted individually. Your final price and treatment plan are confirmed after clinical review, with all agreed inclusions in one written quote.
What is included?
The agreed treatment, hotel accommodation for your specified stay, scheduled airport and clinic transfers, English-speaking coordination, aftercare guidance and insurance, subject to the policy terms. Your written quote confirms all details.
How do I enquire?
Message Istanera on WhatsApp, or use the short enquiry form to prepare a WhatsApp message with your basic details. Review the message and tap Send in WhatsApp. There is no medical questionnaire or photo upload on the website.
Is there a charge to make an enquiry?
There is no charge or commitment to start a conversation. Any treatment, accommodation and service costs will be set out in your written quote before you decide.
Is every treatment suitable for everyone?
No. The treating team assesses your case and confirms suitability in person before treatment. A remote review does not replace clinical examination.
Who will carry out my treatment?
Care is provided by the treating clinic and its healthcare professionals. Our Safety & Aftercare page explains the provider relationship. Confirm the named clinician, qualifications and responsibilities before committing.
Can I bring a companion?
Tell your coordinator when enquiring. Companion accommodation and any extra travel arrangements must be confirmed and priced separately.
What if I need another visit or extra treatment?
Additional treatment or return visits are not automatically included. Your written proposal should explain any staged visits, follow-up arrangements and associated costs.
What happens after I return home?
Follow the treating team's aftercare instructions. Istanera helps coordinate questions with the provider. Ask for the clinical contact details and arrangements for urgent concerns before travelling home.
